Our History

The Breeze Property Management journey started when our owner, Debbie Perry, opened her own business after working in the property management business for over 20 years. Since the start, our team has had a passion for providing housing solutions for tenants and owners alike! For the last 20 years, Breeze Property Management has managed many properties up and down the Grand Strand from Ocean Isle to Pawleys Island! All in all, we make owning & finding a rental property a breeze!
